Love this for warm leads, but I think cold enterprise still wants the PDF. Procurement and legal need something they can save, redline, and forward around -- a live site they cant archive is friction to them. Where Codex Sites wins is after the pdf, as the "play with it" layer once someone is already leaning in. Send the doc to get in the door, send the site to close.
